The Husky Tee is a student fundraising initiative. Each year a competition takes place, allowing all University of Washington students the opportunity to design the upcoming year's Husky Tee. All proceeds from the sale of a Husky Tee are directed into the Husky Pride Fund.
The Husky Pride Fund is established by students to eliminate the financial barriers that prevent students from engaging campus and experiencing everything that the University of washington has to offer. It will do so by providing financial support that:
- Assists students affected by personal or family emergencies or crises
- Helps students engage in the University Community by eliminating financial barriers
- Provides scholarships to graduate and undergraduate students
